Nominations Committee

The committee will actively consider all diversity strands and recommend to Council nominees for vacancies arising on Council and external bodies to which Council appoints.

The core functions of the committee will be to:

  1. Recommend a nominee for each vacancy arising on Council and for each appointment made by Council to external bodies.
  2. Review the composition of Council and the portfolios of Honorary Officers and Vice-Presidents
